We offer two carefully restored holiday homes in the historic village of Brovello, part of the municipality of Brovello-Carpugnino, in the heart of the Alto Vergante, just above Lake Maggiore. Brovello is a small, peaceful village surrounded by nature, where life moves at a slower pace. At the same time, it is only a short drive from the livelier lakeside towns and the main highlights of the area. This balance makes it an ideal base for travelers who wish to explore northern Piedmont without staying in crowded or overly touristic locations. Our holiday homes are designed for guests looking for a quiet, authentic stay, with space to relax, walk in nature, and experience the region beyond the surface - while remaining well connected to Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta and the surrounding landscapes.

Located in the centre of Brovello, a small village in the Verbania province, Northern Piedmont, Ca'Dal Lusciàt is a bright house of about 55 sqm, completely renovated and furnished in 2017.
Ca' Dal Lusciàt, literally "House of the umbrella-maker", owes its name to the numerous roving artisans of this area who produced and repaired umbrellas. This was a typical craft of our territory since the 1700s, even if many “Lusciàt” had to emigrate towards bigger cities or abroad to seek their fortune. Our grandparents and our forefathers, also “Lusciàt”, umbrella artisans, were born and raised in the same alley where Ca’Dal Lusciàt is currently located. This is the reason why we chose this name for our holiday home.
Ca Dal Lusciàt is a three-story house with two separate bedrooms and it can host a maximum of 5 people.
On the ground floor, beyond the hall, there is a small, versatile and cosy room, furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and a sofa bed. The sofa bed can be used as single or double bed. From this room it is possible to access the backyard, which is also reachable from the lane along the house, through an antique wooden gate.
In the garden you will have patio furniture at your disposal. Here you can enjoy an outdoor-dinner or the afternoon sun beside our hydrangeas, a typical plant of this area, undisturbed.
The first floor is the heart of our house, consisting of the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The living room is furnished with a large two-seat sofa, an extendable dining table and a satellite TV. The kitchen, overlooking the backyard, is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave and gas stove. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet with integrated bidet and towel dryer. Towels, hair dryer and shampoo/soap samples are also at your disposal.
On the second and last floor is the main bedroom, with beautiful high light-beamed ceiling. This room is furnished with a double bed, two night-tables, a large wall wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a chair-bed which can easily be converted into a single bed. Duvets, pillows and bedding are also provided.

In the ancient dialect"Tarusc"spoken by the Umbrella Makers of the Alto Vergante district the word "Crügin", means “tiny house”.
Completely renovated between 2022 and 2023, our small but very cosy Crügin can be found in Brovello’s historic centre, in the Verbania province, and just a few minutes away from Lake Maggiore’s famous town of Stesa, Lake Orta and Mount Mottarone.
Crügin is built on 2 floors and hosts a maximum of 3 guests. On the ground floor is a small but well-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, fridge and a gas stove. Just in front of the kitchen is a dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. On the top floor is the main bedroom with a comfortable french sized sofa bed, TV and a large closet. The room also has a big window that offers a gorgeous and relaxing view over the typical dark red roofs of Brovello and the beautiful view of the Motta Rossa mountain. The bathroom has a shower and WC with hand shower for personal hygiene.
Duvets, pillows and bedding are also provided.

By car
Arriving from Italy, take the A26 highway (Alessandria - Gravellona Toce) direction Gravellon Toce,
get off at Carpugnino and follow the road towards Brovello until

By plane
Milano-Malpensa is the closest airport, located about 47 km from Brovello-Carpugnino.
Both Milano-Linate and Bergamo-Orio al Serio ariports are about 90-minute drive from our houses.
By train
The closes train stations are in Stresa (8 km) and Arona (14 km), both well connected to Milan Main Station with many daily trains
By bus
There are two different bus companies you can take to reach our houses. The bus route Arona-Massino Visconti-Gignese is operated by the "Pirazzi" company (timetable here) from/to Arona Train Station (about 35-minute drive, stop "BROVELLO"). The bus route Stresa-Borgomanero is operated by the "Comazzi" company (timetable here) from/to Stresa Train Station (about 25-minute drive, stop "BROVELLO PIZZERIA CANTUCCIO"
