This half-day tour is designed for travelers who wish to experience the Borromean Islands on Lake Maggiore in a relaxed and lighter way, combining cultural highlights with time to enjoy the atmosphere of the lake without a full-day commitment.​

We start in Stresa, where we board a motorboat to reach Isola Bella, one of the most remarkable islands of the archipelago. Here, we visit the magnificent Palazzo Borromeo, stepping back in time through its richly decorated rooms, grand halls and evocative lake-facing grottoes.

The visit continues with a walk through the beautiful Italian-style gardens, a harmonious blend of architecture, terraces and sculptures overlooking Lake Maggiore.

​Afterwards, we continue by boat to Isola dei Pescatori, the only permanently inhabited island of the Borromean archipelago. Unlike the formal atmosphere of Isola Bella, this small fishing village offers a slower and more authentic rhythm. We wander through its narrow lanes and conclude the experience with a relaxed drink by the lake before returning to Stresa.​
